Cancellation Policy

We’re excited to celebrate your child’s special day at Bunnie Bounce Grove! Please review our party policies to ensure a smooth experience: 1. Booking and Reservations Deposit: $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve. The remaining balance is due the day before the event. Booking Deadline: Book at least 2 weeks in advance. Rescheduling: One free reschedule if requested 7+ days in advance. Within 7 days, a $50 fee applies. 2. Party Packages Options: Basic, Standard, and Premium packages include up to 15 children. Extra guests: $15 per child. Extended Playtime: Add $50 per hour (must be booked in advance). Grip Socks: Required for all children and included in packages. 3. Adult Attire Socks or Shoe Covers: Required for all adults in play areas. Available for purchase on-site. 4. Decorations are provided. DIY setups allowed but must be completed within 45 minutes before the event. Prohibited Items: No glitter, confetti, or lit candles (except for cakes). 5. Food and Beverages Outside Food: Allowed in designated areas. Pizza Add-On: Domino’s Pizza or Pizza Hut available; request at least 48 hours prior. Allergies: Notify us of allergies or dietary needs 48 hours before. 6. Cancellations and Refunds Deposits: Non-refundable. Cancellations: 50% refund for cancellations 7+ days before the event. No refund within 7 days. Venue Cancellations: Full refund if Bunnie Bounce cancels due to unforeseen circumstances. 7. Cleanup and Damage Cleanup: Staff handles most cleanup; guests must clear personal items and trash. Damages: Party hosts are responsible for any damages caused by guests. 8. Safety and Behavior Supervision: Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times. Waivers are required for participation. Rules: Rough play or failure to follow rules may result in removal without refund. 9. Smoking and Alcohol Smoking/Vaping: Prohibited on premises. Alcohol: Not allowed during children’s parties. Acknowledgment: By booking, you agree to these policies for a safe and enjoyable event.
