Cancellation Policy

To receive discounted online pricing, play sessions must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. ✨ Online reservations help us plan staffing and provide the best play experience for all guests. Please Note: Online reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the selected play session. Guests may cancel or reschedule their reservation up to 12 hours before their scheduled play session. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. Discounted pricing applies to qualifying online reservations only. Walk-ins are always welcome during open play hours and will be charged the standard admission rate. Admission is subject to capacity limits. All children must have a completed waiver on file before entering the play area. Grip socks are required for children in play areas.
