1. What age group is Bunnie Bounce Grove designed for?
Bunnie Bounce Grove is designed for children aged 6 months to 8 years. 

However, party options are available for kids up to 14 years old, so everyone can enjoy the fun!

2. What activities are available at Bunnie Bounce Grove?

We offer a variety of exciting activities, including a giant palace playhouse, ride-on toys, bounce toys, play tunnels and more!

3. Do you allow walk-ins for open play, or is a reservation required?

Walk-ins are welcome during our open play hours. However, we recommend making a reservation, especially for busy times or special events, to guarantee availability.

4. Can I book a private party or event?
Yes! You can reserve our space for children's parties, private events, meetings, and more. Check our packages for details.

5. Do you have studio spaces available?

Yes, we offer versatile studio spaces that can be booked for various purposes, including photography, content creation, dance classes, and more. To make a reservation, please book under either the Dance Studio or Photography Studio. Let us know if you have specific requirements, and we’ll ensure the space suits your needs!

6. What are your operating hours? 
Our open play hours are:

  • Monday: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • Tuesday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM

  • Friday: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM (Until 2:30 PM if no parties are scheduled)

  • Sunday: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM (Until 2:30 PM if no parties are scheduled)
    Please note: Hours may vary, so be sure to check our Google listing or Facebook page for the most up-to-date schedule.

Party Time Slots:

  • Monday: 4 PM (or 5 PM if requested)

  • Friday: 4 PM (or 5 PM if requested)

  • Saturday: 12:30 PM, 4 PM

  • Sunday: 12:30 PM, 4 PM

Private Play (Bunnie's Hideaway Play):

  • Advance booking required: Tuesday – Thursday, 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM

7. Can I bring my own decorations for a party?

Yes, you can bring your own decorations! You’ll have 45 minutes prior to the party to set up. Please note that glitter, confetti, or lit candles (except on cakes) are not allowed.

8. How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation by visiting our website, exploring our packages, and filling out the booking form. Alternatively, you can contact us directly for assistance.

9. Is there a snack area or food available?
Yes, we have designated snack areas. You are welcome to bring snacks or meals for your children, but please remember to keep our space clean.

10. Do I need to supervise my child while they play?
Yes, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children while they enjoy our play areas to ensure a safe and fun experience.

11. Are grip socks provided, or should I bring my own?

For open play, grip socks are required for all children. We provide socks for purchase on-site for $5, or you are welcome to bring your own. Adults must wear socks or shoe covers in the play areas. Both are available for purchase at the front desk. Grip socks are provided for all children and are included in your party package. Adults can purchase socks or bring their own.

12. What safety measures do you have in place?
We prioritize safety at Bunnie Bounce Grove. Our equipment is regularly inspected and cleaned, and our staff is trained in safety protocols. We also ask parents to ensure their children follow the play guidelines.

13. Can I request specific accommodations for children with special needs?

Absolutely! Please contact us in advance to discuss any special requirements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your child’s needs.

14. What if my child has a food allergy? How is that handled?

If your child has a food allergy, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can take extra precautions and accommodate your needs. We ask that you inform your party guests as well.

15. Can I host a dance class or fitness session in your studio?
Absolutely! Our studio is equipped with floor-to-ceiling mirrors and is suitable for dance classes, fitness sessions, and more.

16. How many people can fit in the studio space?

Our studio space accommodates 8-15 people based on activity type. For yoga or meditation classes, we recommend 8-10 participants to provide plenty of room per person. For dance or photography sessions, up to 15 people can comfortably fit.

17. Can I rent out the event center for private parties?

Yes, our event center is available for private parties! We clear out the play area, as all toys and equipment are removable, allowing for a versatile space that can be customized for your event. Tables and chairs are included with rentals, giving you a ready-to-use setup perfect for birthdays, family gatherings, and other celebrations. Contact us to learn more about packages and availability!

18. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy for events?

Cancellations made 7+ days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days forfeit the entire deposit. You may reschedule your party once with no penalty if notified at least 7 days in advance; within 7 days, a $50 fee applies.

Venue Rental Options & Pricing:

One Side of the Venue

  • Price: $125 per hour (3-hour minimum)

  • Ideal for: Smaller events (showers, meetings, etc.)

  • Includes: Tables, chairs, and basic setup

  • Additional Time: $100 per hour

Full Venue Rental

  • Price: $250 per hour (4-hour minimum)

  • Ideal for: Larger events (weddings, receptions, etc.)

  • Includes: Exclusive access to the entire venue, tables, chairs, and basic setup

  • Additional Time: $200 per hour

Full Venue + Bridal Suite

  • Price: $350 per hour (4-hour minimum)

  • Ideal for: Weddings, including setup, cleanup, and extra time for getting ready

  • Includes: Full venue access + private bridal suite

  • Additional Time: $300 per hour

Bar Area Add-On

  • Price: $100
