Service Description
Bunny Break Club is a structured, supervised drop-off play experience designed for independent children ages 3–8. Parents may leave and return at the end of the scheduled session while children enjoy guided activities, interactive play, and social time in a safe, engaging environment. Each 2-hour session includes: • Supervised open play • Structured group activity or game • Snack break (parent provided) • Calm wind-down time before pickup Requirements: • Ages 3–8 only • Fully potty trained • Must separate comfortably from caregiver Limited spots available per session to ensure safety and quality supervision.

Cancellation Policy
Ages & Requirements Bunny Break Club is designed for children ages 3–8. All children must be fully potty trained (no diapers or pull-ups). Children must be able to separate comfortably from their caregiver. Check-In & Pick-Up • A parent/guardian must sign the child in and provide a reachable phone number. • Only authorized individuals listed at booking may pick up the child. • Photo ID may be required at pickup. Session Timing Sessions are scheduled for up to 2 hours. Parents may pick up early if needed; pricing remains the same. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be charged. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 1 hour before the session will be charged 50% of the session fee. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session start time, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the session fee. Due to limited capacity and scheduled staffing, refunds are not available for late cancellations or missed sessions. Late Pick-Up Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a late fee of $1 per minute will be charged to the card on file. Health & Safety Children must be symptom-free and fever-free for 24 hours before attending. If a child becomes ill during the session, a parent/guardian will be contacted for immediate pickup. Behavior Policy Children must follow staff instructions and treat others respectfully. If a child displays unsafe or disruptive behavior, parents will be contacted. Repeated behavior issues may result in dismissal from the program without refund. Food & Allergies If purchasing a Bunny Snack Pack, please list any allergies during booking. Bunnie Bounce Grove is not an allergy-free facility. Emergency Procedures In case of emergency, staff will contact the parent/guardian immediately. If unreachable, emergency contacts will be called. Liability Acknowledgment By booking this session, parents acknowledge that this is a supervised drop-off play program and accept the inherent risks associated with indoor play activities.
