Cancellation Policy

All rentals include setup, event, and cleanup time. For example, if booked 7–11 PM, setup begins at 7 PM and cleanup must be done with everyone out by 11 PM. Extra time must be booked in advance and may include additional fees. Arrival & Departure: Access begins at your scheduled start time. Doors close promptly at the end of your rental. Plan ahead for setup and cleanup within your booked hours. Cleanup: Remove all items and return furniture to its original place. Please sweep and mop the floors, bag all trash, and take it to the outdoor dumpster. Do not leave trash or decorations in the parking lot. Failure to clean properly may result in a fee deducted from your deposit. Deposits & Payments: A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at booking and applies toward your balance. A $100 refundable security deposit and remaining balance are due 7 days before the event. The $100 deposit will be refunded within 3–5 business days if no damage or excessive mess occurs. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior receive a refund of any payment beyond the $200 deposit. Less than 14 days results in forfeiture of all payments. One reschedule may be allowed if requested 14+ days in advance. Payments Accepted: Cash, debit, credit, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Venmo. No personal checks. Security & Conduct: Renter is responsible for guest behavior and safety. Children must be supervised. Myrtle Grove Manor is not liable for accidents or lost property. Security cameras operate inside and outside for safety—tampering is prohibited. Decorations & Equipment: Use painter’s tape or Command strips only. No nails, tacks, duct tape, confetti, glitter, or open flames. Outside equipment must be pre-approved. Noise & Rules: No smoking inside. Music and amplified sound must not disturb neighboring properties. Myrtle Grove Manor is in a residential and business area—please respect the community. Music should end 15 minutes before closing. The venue may end any event early for unsafe behavior, excessive noise, or rule violations.
